 As most people know, selling a home is a true challenge in the current real estate climate.  Once I became aware of the competition, I realized I needed to do something to make my property more appealing…to stand apart from the others.  I learned it is crucial to have the home “show well” in the photographs on a website just to entice the prospective buyer to visit the property in person. Simply put, Ms. Long has made our difficult (and at times emotional) staging process easy. She accommodated my schedule for all consultations and on-site work, she offered various levels of services, she had a wide range of complimentary sources to pull from, AND she did a FABULOUS job on our house; all the while keeping our needs for cost control and timeliness as her priority. Cyndee invested herself in this project which can be witnessed in the before and after pictures on her website.
