The mission of Seaside Home Stagers LLC is to create interior design solutions for homeowners--whether selling or staying. We stage homes going on the market so they impress potential buyers right away and sell faster. We redesign interiors to give you the home makeover you want, without the stress and the big budget, using what you already have, rearranging it and adding new accessories for just the look you want. Seaside Home Stagers responds quickly, meets your timeline and does whatever it takes to guarantee 100 percent customer satisfaction.

We’ve Just Added These New Services:    

  • “The E-Consult”: Send me photos of your home/listing or a link to them and I will create a ”top-10″ list of staging and/or redesign recommendations for your home.  This is a great alternative to an in-person consultation if you are on a busy schedule.  The “top-10″ report will tell you exactly what changes to make and put them in order of priority so that you get the biggest bang for your buck.  
  •  “The Five-and-Five”:  For our realtor clients, I will come to your office to review photos of up to five of your listings and give you a top-five “must changes” report for each one that you can share with your client if you choose.   This is an efficient alternative to on-side consultations for each listing.
  •  “The Mini”:   I will do a mini-makeover of one room in your home.  Call me, make an appointment, and I will come to your home, spend an hour and do an on-the-spot makeover with what you have in your home.  I will also recommend any other needed changes to make the look complete.
  •   “The Color Quickie”:  Let me help you choose just the right paint color for your room using the science of the color wheel but also taking into consideration your favorite colors, your existing furnishings and the purpose of the room.

 Consultation:   

  • We meet with the homeowner, discuss  goals and expectations
  •  Review the home staging process 
  • Walk through the home with the owner to provide the buyer’s “first impressions” of each room 
  • Discuss top-line changes needed and recommend the appropriate package of home staging or redesign services.

 Action Plan:   

  •  This customized report provides 10 detailed recommendations for the most important changes needed to increase a home’s value and speed its sale or to redesign your home according to your needs.

 Half and full days of home staging and interior redesign services:  

  • These packages complete the eight-step staging process (begun in the initial consultation). 
  •  We stage your home using your furnishings. 
  •  We add our accessories, if necessary, to show you how to complete the look in each room and take photos for the agent’s selling efforts. 
  •  The number of rooms completed with these packages depends upon the size and condition of the home.

 Open House or New Listing Preparation:    

  •  Two full days of staging to completely prepare a home about to go on the market.

 “Do-It-Yourself” Guide:     

  • We provide a “do-it-yourself” guide for key staging projects in your home. 
  • This is great way for homeowners who want to make the our recommended changes, but prefer to do the work themselves. 
  • Our report tells you exactly what to do in each room of your home to make the greatest impact on potential buyers.

 De-cluttering and Organization Services:   

  • We will help you organize and de-clutter.  Sometimes, it’s just easier to have someone help who isn’t emotionally attached to your possessions. 
  • If you are moving, we will tell you what to store or move to your new home. 
  • If you aren’t moving, we can give you great ideas about how to display and/or store items to avoid clutter.

 Shopping Services:   

  • We will shop for you or with you, choosing just the right furnishings and accessories for your home.
