We stage homes going on the market so they impress potential buyers right away and sell faster. Huntington Lake Circle Portfolio

 

 

Seaside Home Stagers recently completed staging of this three-bedroom, three-bath villa located in the Reserve’s Huntington Lake Circle neighborhood, Pawleys Island, South Carolina.  This project was a combination of occupied and vacant staging. 

After visiting the property and taking photos, Seaside Home Stagers prepared a design plan that called for a new fireplace surround and glass shelving in the living room.  After that work was accomplished,we removed much of the furniture in the unit and replaced it with some new pieces purchased by the owner along with rental furniture, accessories, linens and artwork provided by Seaside Home Stagers and artwork that we selected from the owner’s primary residence.
